By ADRIAN MWANZATHE UPND has taken exception to cadres hounding an elected official out of his office in Luangwa and has urged police to move and restore sanity.UPND Secretary-General Batuke Imenda said that it was wrong for the cadres to move in and lock up the offices of the council chairperson.Mr Imenda said that the action taken by the cadres was wrong and would tarnish the image of the head of State who was candid on the issue of caderism.He said that law enforcers needed to move in and deal with the lawbreakers regardless of their political affiliation.“I want to urge the authorities not to waste time and deal with all those that were involved because the President has made it clear that he will not shield law breakers,” he said.Mr Imenda said Zambians were fed up of cadres and that the new dawn government had made it clear that it would go on a […]
