The Higher Education Loans and Scholarships Board (HELSB) has announced that only 2491 first year students out of over 10, 400 eligible students from the University of Zambia(UNZA) have been offered loans in the 2021/2022 academic year.The offer only covered students who got 5 and six points.All 39 disabled but eligible students have been offered loans.All 39 disabled but eligible students have been offered loans.
