And Mr Kambwili has appealed to Republican President Hakainde Hichilema to stop arrests of political opponents because this is something he vowed he never to do when he was an opposition leader.Mr Kambwili was reacting to the dramatic arrests of Patriotic Front members of parliament and local authorites as well that of Amos Chanda, former press aide to former president Edgar Lungu.He said it was inconceivable that someone aspiring to be a member of Parliament would burn a vehicle, and asked the President to stop the unnecessary arrests.
