Vice President Mutale Nalumango has apologised to the National Assembly and the Nation for earlier indicating that the charge of attempted murder was not bailable.Nalumango said she had consulted and that she was guided by the relevant people that the offence of attempted murder was bailable.This is in a matter where PF vice chairman and former defence minister Davis Chama and another PF official, have remained in police custody since their arrest last week for the offence of attempted murder.Nalumango said she was not ashamed to admit the omission.
