By SILUMESI MALUMO A GROUP of unruly suspected UPND cadres on Saturday evening went on rampage brutalising people in Lusaka’s Matero Township while demanding money.And Zambia Police has advised those affected to report to the nearest police station so that the matter can be followed up.Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has appealed to the residents to report the matter to the nearest police post.Mr Hamoonga said it will be easy to address the situation at hand if the matter is reported to police.In an interview yesterday, he said as long as the people are just complaining it will be difficult to handle the matter.“We have a lot of people complaining about people harassing them, but we cannot do anything with such.
