By MUKWIMA CHILALATHE Zambia Police Flying Squad has shot and wounded 27-year-old Victor Mulenga, suspected to have been invoved in a robbery in which K1 million was stolen.The suspect was shot near Lusaka’s Kamwala South Yellow shop after attempting to flee from the Police, who in the process shot and wounded him.Police spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga said a report of aggravated robbery which occurred on Saturday around 14:30 hours along Mopani Road in Kamwala Madras area was recorded.Mr Hamoonga said a male, Masood Mussa aged 37 of the same reported that he was attacked and robbed of cash money amounting to K1 million by unknown criminals.He explained that the complainant who was the Marketing Manager at Crown Miller, whilst using his motor vehicle a Toyota Rav 4 Registration number BAJ 9911 went to collect K1 million a property of Crown Miller from Hussein Wholesalers in Chaisa compound and proceeded to madras.Mr Hamoonga said just before he reached home, he was blocked by three armed criminals who were using a silver Toyota Mark X who commanded the […]
