By MICHAEL MIYOBAFIFA has ordered FAZ Super League outfit Lusaka Dynamos to pay over US$70, 000 to Namibian midfielder Willy Stephanus in unpaid dues or risk being banned from signing new players.The Namibian player had dragged the club to FIFA claiming unpaid dues with a ruling by the Dispute Resolution Chamber.According to a ruling dated November 4, 2021 and signed by FIFA Chief Legal and Compliance Officer Emilio García Silvero, Lusaka Dynamos have been ordered to pay US$10, 000 as outstanding remuneration plus five percent interest per annum as from November 7, 2020 until the date of effective payment.The club has also been ordered to pay US$12, 000 in outstanding remuneration between April 2021 and July this year.
