By NATION REPORTERTHE Zambia United Local Government Workers Union (ZULAWU) has called on government to ensure that the disbursement of the retirement packages is done strategically in order to benefit more former local government workers.Government has indicated that funds are expected to be released towards the payment of former local government workers.But ZULAWU President Emmanuel Mwinsa says there is need to ensure that the disbursement is done in an inclusive manner to clear the current backlog.Mr. Mwinsa says every retiree was in dire need of the funds hence government needed to ensure that everyone benefits.
