By SANFROSSA MANYINDAGOVERNMENT has directed mobile operators to eliminate fraud that is affecting mobile money customers.Minister of Technology and Science Felix Mutati said there was need for a toll centre that should play a role to eliminate fraud around mobile money.Mr Mutati said mobile operators needed to consider the interests of the customers who were always expecting the best from them.The minister was speaking during his farmiliarisation tour of ZICTA projects in Kitwe yesterday.“ There is also need to create a performance indicator on required standards for mobile money operators who can go an extra mile to protect the customers. “Let there be more of fraud sensitisation among mobile money users and other stakeholders to see if an improvement can be noticed,” he said.
