Dear Editor,THE people of Bangweulu constituency have expressed extreme disappointment on the conduct of the opposition candidates who contested in the Bangweulu constituency parliamentary election. They have expressed concern over the selfishness and hatred exhibited by the candidates throughout the campaign period and after the 2021 general elections. They wonder why the candidates went ahead to petition the parliamentary and local government elections results when they had no message for the people and knew for a fact that the Patriotic Front candidate was going to retain the seat with a landslide victory considering the magnitude of work of development he has brought to the constituency. The people have since questioned what gave the losing candidates the perception that they would defeat the incumbent when some of them were being seen for the first time in the existence of Bangweulu constituency.
