By ANDREW MUKOMA THE UPND in Southern Province says that the 2022 national budget has silenced false prophets who have been criticising the party since it was voted into power.Provincial spokesperson Neto Halwabala has charged that the new administration’s budget seeks to restore the country’s economy to stability.
