KINSHASA – A raid by militiamen on a camp for displaced people in the Democratic Republic of Congo has left at least 12 people dead. Some civil society groups put the number of casualties many times higher.A monitoring group said the attack in the north-eastern province of Ituri province had been carried out by militias claiming to defend the Lendu community.
