BY ADRIAN MWANZATHE Zambian Hemp Growers and Industries Association (ZAMHEMP) will next month hold a training for farmers to prepare for the 2022 farming season.ZAMHEMP president Peter Sinkamba, said that the association had come up with the training programme to prepare farmers for the cultivation of Cannabis.Mr Sinkamba said they were expecting a huge number of participants taking part in the training programme from all the country’s 10 provinces.“We have a huge number of people in the association and we hope that this training programme will trigger them to come forward and get the knowledge needed to thrive in the business,” he said.He said the online training programme would commence next month and that it would be conducted in conjunction with international partners who had vast knowledge and experience on the matter.Mr Sinkamba said he could not give an actual number of people who would take part but that he expected a huge number to […]
