President Hakainde Hichilema has revealed on Radio that he fired a named individual at the ministry of Foreign Affairs who recalled Zambian diplomats and organised a list of new appointees without authorisation.President Hichilema said the named individual, added to his list,relatives and friends.Two days ago, the firing of Foreign Affairs permanent secretary Ronald Simwiinga was announced by the Patriotic Front Social Media Page.
