By JACKSON MAPAPAYIPOLICE in Mushindamo have arrested four United Party for National Development (UPND) cadres and one from the Patriotic Front after the two rival parties clashed. According to North-Western Province deputy commissioner of police Dr Fred Mulenga, the incident happened on Tuesday around 15:00 hours at St Dorothy in Kalilele ward and identified the suspects as Francis Kakompe, Vincent Chunda and Philip Musha of UPND and Mark Muteba from PF.Dr Mulenga explained that the fracas happened when the UPND cadres followed PF cadres who were having their lunch at Fly Zone bar and restaurant after they were done with accreditations for their polling agents.
