By JACKSON MAPAPAYIPOLICE in Solwezi have confiscated a Toyota Land Cruiser belonging to the Patriotic Front.The vehicle is alleged to have been dubiously obtained according to a statement issued by North-Western Province deputy commissioner of police Dr Fred Mulenga. Dr Mulenga said the vehicle was found parked at the home of PF North-Western provincial youth chairman Amnion Hara in Stadium area.“The registration number for the said vehicle is BAD 3575 with chassis number JTELV71JX00012926,” said Dr Mulenga.Dr Mulenga also disclosed that police have recovered the shell of a PF branded Land Cruiser which was involved in a road accident.He said the vehicle was parked at one of the local garages in Solwezi without an engine as well as other parts.“After investigations, the engine and other parts of vehicle were found at Mr Hara’s residence and they are yet to be retrieved,” he said.Dr Mulenga said a search with the Road Transport and Safety Agency for both […]
