I am fully aware of the scheme by Police in Ndola to effect an arrest on me this afternoon over some trumped up charges. The arrest is planned to happen at the Ndola High Court where I am attending the petition hearing. The officers have been given specific instructions to effect the arrest in a very dramatic fashion possible with a lot of media presence. The officers have been instructed to detain me in Police custody for as long as it is possible.I do not understand why the Police should ambush me when they can easily summon me to appear for questioning.
