By KETRA KALUNGATHE Patriotic Front (PF) is coming back into power in 2026 based on failure by the UPND government to uphold its campaign promises, Kanchibiya Member of Parliament Sunday Chanda has said.Mr. Chanda said the former ruling party’s chances of bouncing back are high because not all the promises that the ruling UPND and its alliance made to the people are attainable.
