MY PERSONAL VIEWS ON THE CHANGES OF TAX MANDear Editor,Dr. Kingsley Chanda has been a resounding character on the overall performances at ZRA, as the institution started recording relatively good operational efficiency that saw a couples of times sitting on an outstanding output in terms of meeting some targets. He also helped to achieve some models of deliverables on many cases that have for a long time been teething issues though ZRA didn’t do much government advisory functions in regards to certain fiscal elements.
