MWEWA DEFAMATION CASE ALLOCATEDBy Lucy PhiriSocial media influencer and vlogger Chitambala Mwewa’s defamation case in which he has been sued for defamation by Patriotic Front (PF) Chawama MP, Tasila Lungu Mwansa, has been allocated and will come for plea tomorrow.Mwewa of Simon Mwewa Lane TV will take plea before a new magistrate after the previous magistrate recused himself following complaints from Tasila’s legal team.Magistrate Chrispin Hampungani recused himself from handling the case following complaints from Tasila’s lawyers ,Makebi Zulu over the manner in which the bail was given.The magistrate however, declined to vacate the K50, 000 bail granted to Mwewa in his own recognizance last Thursday.
