usaka man gets 3months suspended sentence for criminal trespass on the ShowgroundsBy LUCY PHIRIA MAN of Lusaka has been sentenced to three months imprisonment for criminal trespass without any lawful authority.This is a matter before magistrate Alice Walusiku in which Eric Phiri was accused of entering the Showgrounds premises without permission.It is alleged that, on September 19, 2021 around 20:30, Steven Mwenye the security supervisor was patrolling in the Showgrounds and found the suspect climbing the wall fence and after he entered inside he was seen tempering with the solar panels and immediately he saw the guard he started running away.
