By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSAA legal fray over the estate of murdered business executive, Reeves Malambo, has erupted with widow, Ngoza, suing her step daughter, Sarah, who is the signatory to the five companies left by the father to pay more than K300,000 school fees for her two siblings.Ms Ngoza Sinkolongo Malambo suing in her capacity as one of the administrators and a mother of the two children claims that Ms Sarah Nkombo Malambo who is a beneficiary and signatory of the following campaigns: SparePro, Autoforce, Shaftex , Jersey-Mall and Home mark has stopped to sign for the other beneficiaries.She said the named school has since ordered the removal of her children from school due to non-payment of K322,038.13 as annual fees.Ms Ngoza therefore, wants the Lusaka High Court to order Ms Sarah, being a signatory to the companies to pay the said amount.She also seeks a declaration that she and the children are given an […]
