Kalumbila twins survive road accidentThree weeks old twins have survived a road traffic accident at Kayonge area of Kalumbila district in North-Western Province.Acting Kalumbila District Commissioner, Frank Siatwinda confirmed the incident to ZANIS around 19:00 hours in Kalumbila last evening.Mr Siatwinda said he has visited some of the victims at Lumwana first level hospital.“I have visited some of the victims at Lumwana hospital…five female adults, one male adult and the three weeks old infants.
