THE driver of the Howo Truck that was involved in Saturday’s accident which left 9 people dead has been arrested.Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says the 36-year-old driver identified as Mwenda Tembo who was on the run after the accident was handed over to the police by his employer.He said Mwenda was currently detained at Kabangwe police post.And Mr. Hamoonga says one accident victim who had been admitted has died.He has identified the deceased as 21-year-old Catherine Phiri of Ngwerere who also lost a one-year-old baby in the accident.And Mr. Hamoonga said five of the 9 deceased persons have so far been identified-ZNBC.
