Dear Editor,THIS is more like fasting when you know you don’t have food. Ministers and Permanent Secretaries need proper vehicles not because they are luxurious but they are effective in service delivery.Zambia is not poor that we can’t afford better vehicles as well as make meaningful development.It’s not giving these vehicles to Ministers and Permsecs that will make them deliver but the attitude towards work.Otherwise these are jokes now. Take those Vitz to your secretariat and use them for campaigns, for Government duty get new vehicles or just pave way for people with better plans, not these jokes.It’s not having no money that saved Lazarus, but the attitude towards money. We can’t hide in the we Vitz, but if there is no development as expected, then it’s of no use.HAGRA TEMBO.
