2022 BUDGET: AMBITIOUS -HAABAZOKABy Arnold Tutu:An economist Lubinda Haabazoka has described the 2022 national budget as ambitious.And Dr. Haabazoka has welcomed governments move to decentralise economic development to the wards and Constituencies’.He has however called on the government to build capacity at ward and constituency levels.Dr. Haabazoka says if well implemented, this can change the fortunes of districts.He was commenting on the 2022 national budget unveiled yesterday by Finance and National Planning Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane.Dr. Musokotwane unveiled a 1-hundred and 73 billion kwacha national budget.Source: ZNBC
