By SIMON MUNTEMBA ZAM Fastest Logistics proprietor, Andy Chen, has said his workers enjoyed the best conditions of service compared to most cross border transporters in Zambia, and over 90 percent of the workforce were on full contracts.In an interview, Mr Chen said the company respected the country’s labour laws and did not only pay workers on time, but paid them well.He was reacting to news story alleging that cross border drivers working for the company had abandoned their copper-laden trucks destined for Durban in South Africa due to poor conditions of service.
