By NOEL IYOMBWATHE looting, undressing and brutalising of innocent citizens under the new regime is unacceptable and there is need for leadership to stop the menace, Chawama PF Member of Parliament Tasila Lungu has said.Ms Lungu said it was heartbreaking to see citizens being terrorised when Government had assured everyone of safety.She said during her maiden speech to parliament yesterday that the new regime needed to show leadership and deal with the unruly behaviour of its cadres.“All we are seeing now are innocent citizens’ shops being looted, women undressed and police officers being hacked.
