UPND ALLIANCE PARTNER, NDC SIDELINED – CHEWEBy ROGERS KALEROTHE UPND is slowly side-lining the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from the alliance during public gatherings like the victory party which was held at Moba Hotel, Copperbelt NDC has charged.Copperbelt NDC chairman, Steven Chewe, said he had observed that the UPND was slowly side-lining the NDC from the alliance by not recognising it during public meetings.He said the case in point was  last weekend during a victory party which was held at Moba Hotel where UPND Chairman Elisha Matambo repeatedly referred to UPND as a political party without recognising alliance partners.“For me, I think slowly UPND is side-lining the NDC from the alliance by not recognising it during public gatherings. During the victory party, Mr Matambo could not recognise the alliance partners.
