Dr. Anthony Mumba has called for the immediate termination of contract for the Zambian contractor working on the 22 kilometer Mufulira – Mokambo road project.Speaking when he featured on Mafken radio this morning, Hon. Mumba said the contractor, Swift Cargo has clearly shown that it has no capacity to complete the Mokambo Road Project.He said what is even more frustrating was the fact that the contractor has been fully paid K30 million for the project but has failed to deliver.The Kantanshi lawmaker says he remains resolute to ensure that the contract is cancelled and given to a more competent contractor because the people of Mufulira have suffered enough.Hon.
