On Wednesday, President Hakainde Hichilema swore-in Mr Sikazwe as Deputy Minister for Muchinga alongside other Cabinet and provincial ministers at State House. THE United Party for National Development (UPND) in Muchinga Province has welcomed the appointment of Senga Hill Member of Parliament Henry Sikazwe as provincial minister. Provincial coordinator Frederick Chimeya says they were excited with the appointment of Mr. Sikazwe and are waiting to receive him to take up his duties in the province.
