By OLIVER SAMBOKOIT is totally false and malicious that i pocketed K110.4 million and US$2, 450, 000 from KCM are false and malicious, KCM provisional liquidator Milingo Lungu has said.KCM has also rubbished the allegations against Mr Milingo.Mr Lungu said he was ready to prove his innocence in court.“The allegations are false and malicious and we will have an opportunity to prove that in court,” Mr Lungu said in an interview.He later said in a statement Mr Milingo said the allegations were baseless and untrue.Mr Milingo said he welcomed the opportunity to clear his name in Court.“This will be done following due process and not in the Court of public opinion,” he said.The commission yesterday announced Mr Lungu’s arrest on allegations that he fraudulently pocketed K110.4 million and US$2, 450, 000 dollars from the mining firm.
