By JOHN KOMBEWORLD Vision Zambia has donated assorted Covid-19 Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and other preventive materials to Chongwe District Hospital.Speaking during the handover yesterday, World Vision Zambia board chairperson, Malcom Chabala said the donation was part of the organisation’s contribution towards preparedness for a possible fourth wave of the pandemic. He observed that the pandemic was still with us and as such there was a need for concerted and collaborative effort to fight it.The donation included 5 thermometer scanners, 50 gumboots, 500 reusable face masks, 50 boxes of surgical masks , six pulse oximeters 10 urinals, three bedpans, 150 N95 face masks, 80 boxes of surgical gloves, 30 Tivex gowns, 200 bottles of hand sanitisers and 200 hand washing liquid soap among others.
