By SIMON MUNTEMBATHE Patriotic Front (PF) has directed its security wing to take charge and protect members of the public and party rank and file from ruthless suspected UPND cadres who are on rampage hacking people.PF Lusaka province chairperson Kennedy Kamba said it was apparent that the Police have failed to protect members of the public and his party members from the brutal UPND cadres and it was high time they took charge before more lives were lost Mr Kamba said the ruling party will no longer allow the UPND cadres to continue brutalizing the people in Lusaka. “And we have information that they (UPND) have now started creating campaign centres closer to polling stations.
