By ADRIAN MWANZATHE Secretary to Cabinet must explain to the nation allegations that President Hakainde Hichilema refused to use State vehicles opting for his personal one and over which he requested security from the American embassy to scrutinise.Former Minister of Water Development in the PF administration Raphael Nakacinda has charged that what transpired was embarrassing and that foreign dignitaries who attended Tuesday’s inauguration were amused by the act by the new President. He wondered why the new President had chosen America over and above his own people and institutions that he so desired to preside over.
