By NATION REPORTERPRESIDENT-ELECT Hakainde Hichilema, has assured diplomats accredited to Zambia that his Government will guarantee freedoms to citizens and urged them to feel free to engage with the opposition.Mr Hichilema, who will be sworn in next Tuesday said under his administration, human rights, freedoms and liberties will be guaranteed. He was speaking when he met four diplomats at his home in Lusaka yesterday.Mr Hichilema met with the Germany Ambassador, Anne Wagner-Mitchell, Finland Ambassador, Pirjo Suomela-Chowdhury and the Swedish Ambassador to Zambia, Antonio Maggiore.
