‘FREEDOM SIKAZWE CONCEDES DEFEAT’Mpulungu member of Parliament Freedom Sikazwe has conceded defeat in yesterday’s polls to UPND candidate leonard Mbao.Sikazwe who is former State House Minister said following his lose in a recorded message, that he was thankful to the people of Mpulungu for the chance to serve them and whished them the best.He said he hoped UPND would work with the people of Mpulungu.“Help the people of Mpulungu interms of bringing development, I have run my race,” Sikazwe said.Sikazwe asked for forgiveness if he had offended any among the people of Mpulungu.“…there is life after politics,”he added.Sikazwe asked his supporters to be magnanimous and accept the defeat.“…there is only one winner,” he said.
