By ADRIAN MWANZATHE Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) must expedite the delivery of food to boarding schools, says the National Action for Quality Education in Zambia (NAQEZ).NAQEZ executive director Aaron Chansa said that the DMMU had not delivered what was promised to boarding schools when schools reopened.Mr Chansa said schools did not know what was going on since they had not received any aid as promised by the permanent secretary in the office of the Vice President, Dr Stephen Mwansa “We are still waiting for the aid which was promised to all government boarding schools by the DMMU who said they would give them something,” Mr Chansa said.Meanwhile, Mr Chansa said he was happy with the smooth transition of power from PF to UPND because most parents were anticipating chaos after the announcing of the August 12 election results.
