CHIEF Kaputa of the Tabwa people of Kaputa has finally established the long-awaited cassava milling plant in Kasama’s Citizens Economic Empowerment industrial yard.The traditional leader has since called on cassava farmers to supply the raw commodity to his company on a daily basis to enhance the production of cassava mealie-meal.
