By NATION REPORTERUPND has reportedly sent money to all provinces for its members to travel to Lusaka to stage a sendoff to President Kaunda in a quest to make up for Mr Hakainde Hichilema’s failure to attend the State funeral on Friday.It is believed UPND has instructed its members to parade along the road leading to Woodlands Stadium in red despite the government banning party regalia at the former president’s funeral.This follows public condemnation of the UPND president, Mr Hichilema’s failure to attend the State funeral when he was invited.
