By SIMON MUNTEMBASELF-PROCLAIMED PF ‘commander’ Innocent Kalimanshi has been apprehended by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) for allegedly trafficking in high grade cannabis.Mr Kalimanshi was arrested together with 37 other suspects in Lusaka’s Chawama Compound for being in possession of 28 balls of cannabis and offensive weapons among other things.DEC Director General, Musonda Simwayi said Mr Kalimanshi was apprehended on Friday together with his close associate, Nathan Phiri after being found with high grade cannabis, in their vehicle which has since been seized.“On Friday on we picked up 26 suspects in Chawama who were found with offensive weapons in Chawama and 28 balls of cannabis. We also picked another suspect known as Innocent Kalimanshi who was found with high grade cannabis in the motor vehicle that he was driving with another suspect called Nathan Phiri.
