By PETER SICHALITHE Amnesty International report on Zambia is a desperate attempt to instigate regime change, Paramount Chief Chitimukulu of the Bemba people has said.Chief Chitimukulu urged Zambians to disregard any negative foreign influence aimed at createinga favourable environment for regime change.The paramount chief said there was a certain group of people that always dared the police so as to justify the claims of human rights violation in Zambia.
