Serenje District Electoral Officer ( DEO) Caroline Mphande has Called upon the newly trained Voter Education Facilitators (VEFs) in the district to be strategic as they carry out their duties amid the COVID-19 Pandemic. Mrs. Mphande advises the VEFs in the area to be weary of the fact that this year’s election will be held amid the COVID- 19 Pandemic hence the need for them to be strategic as they offer voter education to voters in communities to avoid the spread of the virus. “ We are amidst COVID-19 , you need to be VEFs that are strategic in your approach to providing voter education. Remember to aways mask up and to avoid making your groups large. Mrs. Mphande said.
