By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSAMURDERED business executive, Reeves Malambo’ s daughter, has sued the Reeves Malambo Family Trustees challenging her removal as director of AutoForce Zambia limited and two other companies.Sarah Malambo, a minority shareholder in the three companies wants the Lusaka High Court to declare her removal by resolutions dated December 28 2020 incompetent and a violation of the provisions of the Companies Act No 10 of 2017.She wants a declaration that her alleged removal as the company secretary in Jersey Mall Properties Limited was incompetent and a violation of the provisions of the Company Act and as such rendering the alleged subsequent removal as company secretary a nullity.She also wants the court to cancel her removal as a company secretary of Jersey Mall Properties Limited and wants an order directing the defendants to reinstate her as director in Auto force Zambia Limit and Shaftex .And to ensure that the records of the three companies […]
