By MARTIN AKENDE in KatetePRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has intervened in the stalled water reticulation project and the lighting up of Kapoche Day Secondary school in Katete’s Milanzi constituency.The water connection project at Kapoche Day Secondary School has stalled since 2013 before he became president.This came to light when President Lungu toured the school on the second day two of his four-day working visit to Eastern Province to tour various projects.“I don’t understand what is happening here, you can’t push relevant line ministries even the provincial administration to have this sorted out?” wondered the President.President Lungu said he will dispatch his special assistant for project monitoring and implementation Andrew Chellah to check what has caused the delay in the completion of the water project.“The challenges of water and electricity which we witnessed as we toured the school will be addressed because this is affecting learners,” assured Mr Lungu.He observed that lack of running water at the […]
