By BUUMBA CHIMBULUINDO Zambia Bank (IZB) has partnered with state owned enterprises to provide electronic payment solutions.IZB Managing Director, Kowdichar Shashidhar, said the Bank had partnered with other stake holders to provide a platform where customers were able to make bill payments all at their convenience.Mr Shashidar said customers were now able to make payments to public institutions such as the Zambia Revenue Authority, the Road Transport and Safety Agency and the National Authority Pension Scheme Authority.“Customers can also make payments to Patent and Company Registration Agency, ZESCO Immigration, Zambia Police and many more,” he said in a statement.Mr Shashidar also said IZB had upgraded its digital platforms aimed at encouraging self-service in accessing the products and services, especially with the advent of Covid-19.IZB has upgraded its mobile banking app and Indo Net Banking which will give customers ability to order a cheque book, create standing order instruction, view and print monthly statements, among others.Mr […]
