Kachingwe who is also former MMD sational secretary has called for an immediate end to the widespread barbaric and brutal attacks on innocent citizens by suspected UPND cadres.In an interview, Maj. Kachingwe warned that if left unchecked, mayhem perpetrated by UPND cadres could rob the country of peace it had enjoyed since independence.He has urged the security wings to take charge of affairs to protect innocent citizens.“I know that the PF are capable of retaliating but that can result into something else.
