By MICHAEL MIYOBAOLYMPIC Youth Development Centre (OYDC) Zambia has suspended all sports activities for 21 days following a surge in Covid-19 cases being recorded in the country.According to a statement issued by OYDC communications officer Noah Silomba, OYDC Zambia Chief Executive Officer Dr Frederick Chitangala said the suspension is with immediate effect.Chitangala said that the centre wants to comply with the Covid-19 measures which Secretary to the Cabinet Dr Simon Miti announced on Wednesday as a way to mitigate the escalating cases being recorded daily.
