By NAMO PHIRITHE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) must cancel elections for Monze Central constituency following the withdrawal from the race by independent candidate, Maambo Musute, a lawyer Jonas Zimba has said.Mr Zimba said demands by the Patriotic Front (PF) for ECZ to cancel elections in Monze Central were justified.“Article 52, 6 of the Constitution of Zambia provides that in an event where a candidate withdraws elections have to be cancelled, that is the law,” Mr Zimba said.
