By NATION REPORTERA PF parliamentary aspiring candidate in Kaumbwe Constituency, with Chinese links has continued to dish out money to electorates against party orders, the Daily Nation has learnt.The candidate has also been buying residents of Mwanjabantu Chiefdom beer and other goodies on the belief that he would be adopted by the ruling party.Some residents have however protested against the candidates’ continued use of ‘desperate’ tactics to hoodwink voters.Mr Peter Mumba of Zumaile Village has appealed to PF leadership to step in and stop this as it was going against party rules.
